Rod Description
Do you want to send your bait out to the horizon like a cannon? Well, look no further. The Shimano Surf Cannon 16 Foot Surf Rod will cast like no other rod you have ever seen. Made from Shimano's High Modulus Graphite, The blank taper has been designed for maximum casting distance whilst maintaining bite sensitivity. The blank has been designed to cast up to 200g making it perfect for fishing heavy rough surf conditions. No expense has been spared in components as the surf cannon utilises All Fuji Components including Fuji Fazlite K Guides and Deluxe Large Fuji Reel seat with Anodised Locking nut for extra security to stop your reel from working loose. The whole tip section is White for night-time visibility. The Rod is a 3 piece for Travel and can easily fit in the boot of most cars. Each section has a 10cm Traction Section to aid in the pulling apart of each section with packing up the rod. The butt configuration is a high mount and is designed for Large Longcast Spin reels. The grips are heat shrinked for extra grip and blank protection. This Surf rod is the real deal and if Long Casts is your goal, dont look pass this rod!
