• Payment must be received within 3 days or we will open an unpaid dispute which may effect your future ebay transactions.
• We accept paypal, bank deposit and credit card.
• We offer free local pickup otherwise all items will be delivered.
• We are a small Australian Business located in Victoria and strive to get all our items out the same day, but sometime there can be slight delays if we have a high volume of orders.
• We use Australia Post for all small items and delivery times are all dependent of the efficiency of Australia.  We have no control over delivery times after we have dispatched the item.
• We use Couriers such as Startrack, Couriers Please and TNT for large bulky items including Fishing Rods.  We strive to have items picked up off us by the following work day after packaging but we have no control over any delays of the courier picking up our items.
• All our items are in stock but occasionally we don't have time to adjust quantities quick enough before we sell out, however the buyer will be notified immediately if this is the case and will be fully refunded.
• If returning an item, the item must be returned in complete unused brand new condition or the return will not be accepted.  The buyer will NOT be refunded for any postage costs and will be charged for return postage costs as well.
