In a variety of blade lengths, blade shapes and handle grips, the blades are made of softer steel enabling the blade to bend without breaking so it will move easily through the body of the fish providing an ideal fillet. The steel is highly corrosion resistant and the handle is durable for filleting comfort. The co-polymer handle material provides an excellent grip and a soft-yet-firm texture. Each fillet knife also comes with a sheath for secure storage or easy belt carry.
