Ocea EX8 Braid
As with all things Shimano their continued pursuit of excellence sees new boundaries set and exceeded and new frontiers explored. Shimano’s combination of excellence in design and engineering has given birth to a remarkable new standard in PE Braided line. The introduction of Ocea EX8 to the Australian market sees the bar once again raised and all expectations exceeded. Designed of the highest quality Dyneema fibers and woven with Shimano tuff cross construction this super silky eight stand PE line will see you confront and push new angling limits. Ocea EX8 is incredibly thin and smooth for its strength allowing anglers to fish in depths, currents and conditions that previously were unobtainable while at the same time offering greater feel and sensitivity. With less than 1% elongation under load Shimano Ocea EX8 PE line ensures that whatever happens at the lure end is translated to the anger in an instant. Ocea EX8 offers two specific variations, being a jigger with specific jigging incremental markers to keep you in the strike zone and a popper tuned version to ensure you easily and quickly know the distance of your cast and retrieve. Due to the amazingly fine and smooth construction of Shimano Ocea EX8 anglers will find that line capacity and casting efficiency is greatly increased. The engineers at Shimano have worked out the optimal reel size for each PE rating in both overhead and spin models and placed the recommendation and capacity on the package. As Ocea EX8 redefines diameter to strength ratios Shimano have increased spool length from 300 meters to 400 meter in all breaking strains from PE3 (60lb) and above to ensure you’ve got more line and less backing for that battle of a lifetime. If you demand the best then you demand Shimano Ocea EX8.

Here at Allways Angling we do everything we can to help our customers with genuine warranty processes. However, for the best chance at getting your warranty approved by the supplier, we need to have the product returned to us in the exact condition as when the fault/damage occurred. Make sure that when you send items back to us for a warranty assessment by the supplier, it is packaged and sent as carefully as you would if it was a brand new product.
When sending back items remember to make sure the item/s are clean (if they have been used) and send them back protected, in a box so they do not get further damage during transit.
Freight costs both to and from Allways Angling or warranty purposes is the customers responsibility. Please contact us if you require assistance with freighting your warranty items back to us.
Please also be aware that manufactures warranties are for Manufacturers faults only, wear and tear are NOT covered by warranty. When purchasing Graphite Rods...DO NOT grab the tips and bend them over to test them, this is the leading cause of rod returns and this will not be covered by warranty. When threading you line through the guides, make sure your bail arm is open. DO NOT pull the line against the drag of the reel, this will pull the rod tip over at a sharp angle and break the tip as well. When fishing. DO NOT high stick the rod. Don't lift the rod vertical into the air. This is another leading cause of rod failure.
PLEASE NOTE: If the buyer wishes to return an item due to it not being what they thought, the buyer will be charged for the freight that it cost to send the item plus the return freight cost as well plus 10% administration fee.
